Meet Mike!

Michael Szczech

Mike has experience with all types of property. He knows your property is important to you.

He started his career in 1980 while working alongside his father at the family business, Check Realty Co.

Received his Real Estate License in 1984 and also obtained his B.S. Degree in Business Management from Northeastern University.

Between June 1999 and June 2005 he managed 13 multi-unit apartment buildings.

He currently holds both an Illinois Real Estate Broker License and Community Association Manager License.

We also have our own in-house accounting and legal divisions.
